what we bake

At Bread and Loaf we love baking all sorts of artisan bread, but we also bake cakes, tarts and pastries too. We are constantly changing and evolving our range and love hearing ideas and suggestions from customers for us to try out.

We do some great flavours in sourdough and yeasted breads, like walnut, rosemary and raisin, cheese and Marmite, jalapeno and sundried tomato, and olive. We also bake ciabatta, baguettes, fougasse and other speciality bread. Look out for the 'bread of the month'  - something just a little bit different from around the World. We also have a tempting range of cakes and pastries.
